EDITING WORKFLOW
My training and my professional background taught me about the importance of teamwork.
As a video editor, I try to evolve with the latest updates in terms of non-linaear post-production technologies. I work mainly on Adobe Premiere Pro and Avid Media Composer.
In order to expend my postproduction capacities and palette, I decided to enroll into the Go-To-Editor Course in June 2019 organised by Sven Pape aka @ThisGuyEdits. This opportunity helps me to improve and develop my skills in storytelling and naration, and also to learn new softwares like DaVinci Resolve
Communication is my line! I always involve with the rest of the team from the pre-production to establish a work-flow corresponding to the specifications of the project. Thought I focus on my cuts and the manner to create an interesting and original story, I also take care of the inputs formats, transcoded codecs, exchange exports and master outputs, using a large palette of softwares.
ABOUT ME
Young video editor with international experience that is starting a new chapter in UK. Formerly freelancer and in-house video editor in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), with passion to turn lifeless projects to dynamic and a step closer to perfection ones.
Born in France in 1992, I grew up with a passion for films and the sphere of the new medias. I really started to cut at the age of 14, before to decide to enroll in the AIS cinema school in Marseille (France).
Graduate of a Video Editing and Postproduction diploma in 2014, I have worked at France Televisions as video editor for the breaking news and magazines department, after holding an editor assistant position for the same company on fictions and documentaries projects.
Also freelance for several years, I have collaborated with many structures specialized in events and have performed various services for different audiences such as associations, individuals or professionals on projects like the institutional film, report or video clip.
After a successful international experience in Australia in 2015, I moved to Dubai (UAE) in october 2016 and worked there until July 2019 as video editor for B2CHAM Pictures, a local production company which has more than a decade presence in the UAE and the whole fast growing GCC market, which creates content, produce and direct movies for private or governmental events, short clips, TV Commercials and social media content.
